After spending a lifetime with skin issues and trying every cream, lotion, balm, over the counter medication I could get my hands on, I sought help at the dermatologist. I was given prescription creams and thought, “Finally I’ll have relief!” When nothing changed, I decided to fix it myself. After 17+ years as a Registered Nurse, I took my background to the realm of skincare. Within two months of making my own skincare, I had completely changed skin and have yet to experience any of those issues again.
Our skin lets in nearly seventy percent of everything applied to the surface. That’s seventy percent of all the bleaches, aluminium/alumina, sulfates, silicones, steroids, and petrochemicals found in mass-produced skincare.
That’s why I got rid of the factory and got busy working with my hands. With a mortar and pestle I concocted new alternative body butters and creams, sugar scrubs, and soaps without any added chemicals.

Shandra is a wife and mother to two amazing children. She works as a Registered Nurse and has an extensive background in healthcare. As a caregiver, she thrives on helping others.
