Exfoliating helps to remove dead skin cells, unclog pores, and return the glow to your skin. Use 2-3 times per week in the shower/bath. Apply your moisturizer afterwards. Please be very cautious as this can make the ground of your bath/shower very slippery. Using a bath mat helps to reduce this. In addition, sprinkle some baking soda down on the floor of your shower/bath when you get out.
